On 23 December 2009, ABTell AG acquired 80% of the shares of Zehnder & Sommer AG within the scope of a conventional succession-planning process.
Zehnder & Sommer AG is an internationally active leading technology company with its own development and production departments for the manufacture of feeder systems and custom-designed machines for the optimization of automatic punches and progressive presses.
